Terms & Conditions

At BodyGlam Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, please review the following terms and conditions before booking your appointment:

Reservation Deposit

• A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your service.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.

No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings before securing another appointment.

Late Arrivals

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time or rescheduled with an additional deposit, subject to availability.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for missed appointments, cancellations under 24 hours, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us before leaving the spa so we can address your concerns.

Health & Safety

• Clients must inform the staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatments.
• If you arrive with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions, your appointment may be canceled for safety reasons.

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All prepaid services must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
